What are your operating hours?

We are open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the year, including school holidays. We close for three weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Any additional closure days are shared in our annual year planner, which is sent to parents at the start of each year to help with planning.

Do you offer half-day and full-day
options?

We offer both half-day and full-day options. The half-day runs until 12:30 pm and includes lunch.The full-day runs until 5:30 pm, and parents may collect their child at any time in the afternoon. The full-day option is designed to provide extra flexibility for busy families.

What is your daily routine like?

Our day follows a consistent and well-structured routine that balances play, social interaction and age-appropriate learning. Children are given time to explore, engage and learn,while the predictable flow of the day helps them feel secure, confident and settled.

What learning approach do you follow?

We follow a combination of play-based and enquiry learning, where children learn through hands-on exploration, questioning, imagining, and discovery. This approach naturally develops early literacy, numeracy, science, problem-solving, and social skills in a fun and meaningful way.

Do you support potty training?

We support potty training at our centre. We have child-sized toilets and basins to help children feel comfortable and confident. Our teachers guide each child gently, at their own pace, and we maintain open communication with parents so that routines at home and at school stay consistent.

How do you ensure safety,
security, and handle
emergencies?

The safety of our children is our top priority. Our centre is monitored by CCTV. Children are only released to authorised adults, and visitors are carefully screened. Parents are contacted immediately in the event of illness or injury.

How do you communicate with
parents about their child’s day and
progress?

We communicate with parents through daily face-to-face conversations at drop-off and collection, as we value open and personal communication. Email is used for updates, reminders and important information. Parent–teacher meetings are held during the year, with written progress reports shared biannually to discuss each child’s development.

Are your teachers and staff experienced?

Yes. Our team is made up of qualified teachers and highly experienced assistants and caregivers who are passionate about early childhood care and development. All teachers, assistants and caregivers are trained in paediatric first aid and complete regular refresher courses every two years to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
